Former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn announced this week that he is willing to speak before the Intelligence Community about Russia and the 2016 presidential election. Flynn is willing to do so under one condition: that he is granted immunity from prosecution on the matter. The Senate Intelligence Committee denied the request for immunity.
